Deodorant Guns and Stinky Beijing

On AOL, Scott Carmichael reports 100 deodorant guns are being installed to keep down the stench in Beijing.  It seems the Chinese capital's garbage dumps are overflowing and the Chinese officials are installing these deodorant guns, as big as cannons, to fire off repeated blasts of deodorant just to keep down the overwhelming stench.  Can we have an equal number of these guns installed in Washington? 
 
The Mandarines blame the stench on overflowing dumps caused by "public resistence" to the building of 6 new incinerators to burn the garbage and because of the adoption of "Western" practices among the general population of a throw away society.  Since when do the repressive rulers of the Cental Kingdom concern themselves with puplic resistence?  They are no more responsive to public resistence than the Obama administration and Congress. 
 
Repressive regimes blame their porblems on everyone else but themselves and release nohing but misinformation to hide their inept activities.  There is no reason to ever believe the bilge of misinformation from either government.  In the case of Red China, why should we believe anything the Chi Coms release concerning the economic or social activities inside the largest communist country in the world?  To report the truth is to threaten their own inability to run the Chinese economy.  Can the Red Mandarines ever produce 25,000,000 new jobs every year, using central control policies similar to our own Federal government's efforts that have never created any measurable real jobs in America's private sector?  The Mandarines of the Centrally Controlled Kingdom will never admit, nor will Obama, that the true source of the smell are the failures of their central planning and the stench of corruption.  Both governmental groups are unable to admit to their own failures. 
 
Carmichael even points out that the Chines government's own recycling efforts result in most of the seperated and collected recyclable materials being thrown into the same dumps.  The same scam continues in my home state of Pennsylvania.  We are required to recycle materials and put them out for collection by state law.  What the state and Federal governments never explain is that only some of the platics marked with a 1 or a 2 inside the triangular recycling arrows are ever recycled.  Any plastics marked with a 3 or higher are thrown away, at the recycling centers, and end up in the public dumps with the rest of the garbage.  Now, before anyone jumps all over me for releasing Obama like misinformation, I want to state I am only repeating what I heard reported once, and only once, in a report on the CBS Evening News years ago.
 
New, Chines deodorant guns should be imported to the banks of the Potomac and used to at least cover up the smell of corruption of the body politics of the communists in Washington.  The garbage dumps are overflowing.

April Fools' Census

Question 8 is on Hispanic origins, 9 is race. The note to both states "For this census, Hispanic origins are not races."  Then why ask?  Are they looking for specificity about something that is not at all specific?  Is this another example of political correctness?  Of designating a difference that does not exist? 
 
In the original census of 1790 only descent was differentiated.  Twelve percent of the polulation of 3,900,000 were already of German descent, because of the influx of German settlers seeking religious freedom and new land in places like Pennsylvania.  Eight percent of those counted were of Dutch descent and a smaller percentage were of Swedish and Finnish descent, reflecting the descendents of the former colonies of New Netherlands and New Sweden.
 
In the 2010 Census there are no designations for the majority, beyond white or Spanish, because the majority are not part of any official, oppressed minorities and group politics and identity.  Designated minorities are further broken down by nationalities; but do not designate Aleutians and Eskimos, Ainus, Tasmanians, Bushmen, East Timorians, Papuans, remnant Homo Erectus Hobbits, Elves, etc.
 
The most absurd thing about the 2010 Census is when it has to be sent back to the bureaucrats, that is, April 1.  I may send it in on time.  The question is, who are the real fools on April 1, the people or the government?

"Methinks They Doth Protest Too Much."

With blood on their hands, while auditioning for the next Lady McBeth, the Left protests about abuse from Sarah Palin and the likes of the mean spirited Right as they go on about imaginary attacks.  They are apparently afraid of cross hairs on a map and a phrase about political reloading, both accredited to Palin.  My, aren't they sensitive all of a sudden, after years of lashing Conservatism and proclaiming protest is the highest form of Patriotism. 
 
Could it be the truth knocking on their elite chamber doors?  Like the Raven quote, "Nevermore."  Never more will we let you lord over us like entrenched, insane rulers.  Never more will we put up with pure, bold faced soicialism being imposed upon us by b*stards like you!  Never more will a majority of Americans be fooled by your rhetoric, but a majority will always stand against you.  You can protest all you want, you McBeths on the Left, you can even ignore the growing rapping of your chamber door.  It is not the Raven, or Lenore upon a midnight dreary, it's the American people.  The message and the outcome are certain and inevitble. 
  
So is the first Tuesday in November.  Get over it, lady.

Tea for Pinky Reid

A Tea Party rally of up to 10,000 people showed up in Sen. Pinky's hometown of 1,000 in Nevada, while Pinky, Marie Antoinette and the Media yawned. "Dozens of people" were reported to have attended, according to one Media source.  Sure, and there were only 70,000 people in Washington on 9/12.  Reid said it was unimportant how many people parachuted into his state from other states for a day to protest against him.  It's funny he didn't seem to want to consider how many of those protestors showed up with Nevada plates. 
 
This rally was the first of a series of rallies rolling across America and culminating in another massive march on Washington on April 15, 2010.  That's a Thursday, another working day for Americans, but also a working day for Congress.  Since the old saying (credited to Abraham Lincoln) still holds true "Nobody's life, liberty or property are safe as long as the legislature is in session," we should make that day at the office for our Unrepresentative Congress one they'll never forget.  Make sure they have to survey the millions of Americans surrounding Capital Hill and stretching once again all the way to the White House and let them know they work for us.

No WMDs in Iraq, But in Michigan?

The Feds have charged some crazy Americans with WMDs.  Yes, WMDs in the hands of some native nut group but not in the hands of Sadam or Muslim terrorists.  Ever since the start of the Iraq front in the War on Terrorism, the Left  and the Goebblist News Media have denied there were ever WMDs in Iraq. 
 
Then how come this group in Michigan are charged with planning to use improvised explosive devices (IEDs).  Aren't the IEDs not the same things Sadam's supporters and other terrorists in Iraq used to attack our service people?  But the Michigan group are actually charged with planning to use weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) in the form of IEDs against law enforcement officers and the general public.  Weren't the terrorists in Iraq actually using these same types of WMDs and IEDs against the Iraqi general population, their own law enforcement officers and American personnel throughout the war in Iraq?  Was Sadam and his followers ever charged with these WMDS?  
 
Now the Feds, under the control of the Barack Hussein Obama regime, are charging some Americans with planning to use the same type of IEDs against their fellow Americans.  Where were the Main Loon Press in reporting the use of these WMDs against Americans in Iraq?  Oh, the Press were there, but they obviously refused to report what actually qualifies as weapons of mass destruction because it would violate their dogma of Bush and American bashing.

Distraction & Projection

The poor victimizers are now complaining they are being victimized.  Poor babies.  Crying crocodile tears, leftist thugs in the House are blaming a few comments, taken out of context or having no context of a threat, as examples of "threats" to them. 
 
The message that has been played the most on the radio today is from a woman who said to Unrepresentative Stupak that "Millions of Americans wish you ill," is nothing compared to Mr. Penn, the great, Oscar winning thesbian and professional hothead, who wished his conservative opponents would die screaming from rectal cancer.  It doesn't compare to the movie "The Assasination of George W. Bush" a film which won an award from a Toronto film festival a couple of years ago and protrayed the actual killing of a sitting President. 
 
Then there's Bill Ayres, a founder of the Weather Underground who actually bombed police stations, private homes, the U.S. Congress and the Pentagon, just spoke at the University of Pittsburgh without the Pitt administration batting an eye. 
 
The Left is no different than the Nazis blaiming all their problems on the Jews, they are both examples of distraction and projection while they blame everything on their victims.

"Deem Me Up, Scotty!"

Yes, it's time for Congress to slaughter the Constitution, again.  The Dems now want to "Deem" a bill into law with the Slaughter measure.  But what does the Constitution say on the matter?
 
Article One, section 7 states "Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it becomes a Law, be presented to the President of the United States....It further states "But in all such Cases the Votes of both Houses shall be determined by yeas and Nays, and the names of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively."
 
We can no more deem ourselves through the air, from one supposed or deemed transporter to anohter, than Congress can deem a bill into passage.  One is a flight of fantasy encompassed in science fiction on T.V.; the other is an illegal and uncostitutional act from the space cadets in Congress.
 
Mark Levine and others are doing the right thing, by challenging the implemtation of this fraud by the promise of a lawsuit about the constitutionality of an obvious criminal act by Congress.  But these challenges have to be filed now!  Where are the other challenges to the constituionality of the entire Nationalization of Healthcare and the enslavement of the American people?
 
For starters, the Bill is a violation of the Ninth Amendment, which states "The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
 
It also violates the Tenth Amendment, which states "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the People."
 
These rights and powers are innumerable and include the right of, and personal power to have control over our boddies and "choose" the type of healthcare we want in our lives.  These natural rights and powers also include our decision not to have any healthcare insurance or interference in our healthcare of any kind by the Nationaliztion of America.  The Federal government can go to Hell.  Deem that up.

Ever Heard of the NIRA?

Passed by Congress, signed by FDR, overturned by the Supreme Court.  Unconstitutional power grabs are not new, nor are successful Consitutional challenges.  The National Industrial Recovery Act (15 U.S.C. sec. 703) was a law passed within the frst 100 days of the FDR administration in 1933, and overturned by a unanimous Supreme Court decision in 1935 in the cae of Schecter Poultry Corp. v. United States, 295 U.S. 495.  The law authorized the President to regulate industry and permit cartels and monopolies in an attmpt to stimlate economic recovery.  Sound familiar? Title I authorized industrial codes of "fair competition" (yes, there were weasel words, even back then). Article II established the Public Works Administration (administered byt Harolld L. Ickes, grandfather of the current Harold Ickes) , that outlined projects and funding opportunities.  The Act seriously depleted support for FDR and his administration.  The NIRA was supposed to exist for only two years, but as an entitlement, it had the same potential limitless life of Socialist Insecurity.
 
The NIRA wa notorious for its numeros regulations and restrictions, numbering quickly into the thosands.  In other words, it was early example of Nanny State exess.  The fact the NRA symbol was a blue eagle which looked a lot like Hitler's Nazi eagle was hardly a coincidence.
 
A suit from th Shecter Poultry Corp. brought down the law after it was implemented through a succesful challege and a unanimous Supreme Court decision.
 
Chief Justice Charles Ean Hughes wrote the decision. The Suprem Court conclded that Title I was unconstitutional.  It was void for vagueness because "fair competition" is never defined in the Act.  The Court also concluded (with the few restrictions imposed) "the discretion of the Pesident in approving or prscribing codes....is virtually unfettered.  We think that the code-making authority thus conferred is an unconsttutional delegation of leglsative power." 
  
Congress also had no poer under the Commerce Cause to enact legslation affecting comercial iteractions  Furthemore, the Supreme Court declared  "Extraodinary onditions may call forexraordinary remedies.  But the argument necessarily stops short of an attempt to justify action which lies outside the sphere of constitutional auhority.  Extraordinary conditions do not create or enlarge constitutonal power."
 
Some things never change, includig the overreaching grasp of the Fed. government and the strength of the Constitution t keep it in check, as long as we don't  lose heart or awaeness of those costitutional and natural powers and rights. 
 
Google National Industrial Recovery Act for background, like I did, even though I already knew about it and the court decision.  We need to have constituional challengs now, before the Naitonalization f America passes, not later.

Not a Faint, But Strong Arm Tactics

They used to faint, now they're taken away.  It seems, according to how Obama reacted, someone finally fainted at his most recent rally.  Ah, seems like old times, that is if you lived in Germany under the Third Rate Reich or voted for Obama in 2008.  It might be something else.  Since when does it take a couple of policemen to drag away a possible heckler as people in the crowd cried out "How dare you!"  The pharse was directed at President Shill Du Jour, not the heckler.  The Left is starting to show their true colors, the traditional black and red of general socialism and Nazism.  So what do we do?  Keep heckling them and watch them turn all shades of red.

"I'll galdly Pay You Tuesday...."

Wimpy said it, Congress lives it.  Ever wonder what Congress does on Tuesdays?  A lot of hiding.  So keep calling and emailing the House today.  Even visit their regional offices.  For example, there's a 9/12 rally outside of Democrat Rep. Altmire's Aliquipa office today from 4:00 to 6:00PM here in the Pittsburgh area to make sure he's getting the message.  Go to the various major conservative blogs or Google the United States House and the Senate for the numbers and adresses.  Tell all the Democrap Reps or their staff "It's Tuesday, Wimpy, and it's time to pay up, step up and stop the nationalization of America."  If they ask who you are, tell them it's Bluto calling.

The Ides of March

Julius Caesar's reign as Dictator for Life of Rome ended on the Ides of March.  This week, we need the Healthcare Nationalization Bill to end in the House.  It's fortunate the Ides of March is the first day in such an important week.  It reminds us that the best laid plans of mice, men and the rats in government often come to nothing in a strong republic like the United States, even as Obama and his thugs are putting on a renued full court press to pass the nationalization of one sixth of our economy. 
 
Can they succeed? Look how desperate and shrill they have become.  They simply don't have the votes, unless they can convince us of the futility of our efforts and intimidate and switch enough of their own members in the House.  Some of the undecided and the ones leaning away from favoring the bill are their main targets. 
 
One of them is Rep. Altmire here in Western PA.  He voted against it the first time, but has been wavering lately.  Altmire has gone as far as to tell a group of Tea Party members that, despite the national polls showing over sixty percent of the people are against the measure (in whatever form it is in now), somehow the people in his district are split on the issue.  A new survey in Altmire's district shows he's an accomplished spineless politician and very fluid with the truth. 
 
He is also complaining about all the calls, mail and email he's receiving from the plebians outside of Washington from his district and across the country.  So you see, we are making a difference, by plunging a knife into the communist takeover of the healthcare segment of our economy with every call and message.  It's only appropriate, March was named after Mars, the Roman god of war, so it is high time we marshal our efforts to kill something that seemed all but inevitable last July and is now only being kept alive by progressive bluster.  This is war, the Left is losing and we are Marching on.

Stupidity: Pre-Existing Condition or Right?

Dr. Sowell and Dr. Williams have made excellent postings today on stupidity and a dubious right to healthcare.  But does not artificial stupidity, as imposed on students in America, lead to the assumption of healthcare as a right by those afflicted?  Are not all meaningful rights given to us, as natural rights, free and clear of any government mandate or capricious demand by those who want someone else to pay for them?  Are not the greater number of those rights rights not protected from government intervention by the 9th and 10th Amendments? 
 
At the same time, does not the artificial stupidity so systematically conditioned into to so many Americans, not constitute a pre-existing condition under whatever is passing for preposed Federal healthcare?  Imagine the creation of endless claims on the new Federal system resulting from what the Obsessive Progressives in Washington are ramming through Congress?  It's hard to tell the final outcome, because no one seems to know what bill is now being considered, the Senate's or Obama's outline.  None of the liberal zealots are even taking the time to find out.  Perhaps artificail stupidity is already too far entrenched in Washington among the overtly endoctrinated members of Congress pushing healthcare and represents a new form of mental illness which everyone else will have to pay for as soon as the bill is passed?  Are members of Congress then to be the first recipients of this new entitlement on our dime?  Not after the November elections.  Any member of Congress so affected by this pre-exsiting condition will be better served in the confines of their own private, privately paid for sanitarium, back home.
 
We have the right to our own happiness or despair, our own money and resources.  Our rights are free and do not cost anyone else money to support us, nor should we be compelled to support others, except through our own volition.  As Forrest Gump always said "Stupid is as stupid does."  But stupidity is neither a right or a pre-exsting condition others are conditioned or compelled to pay for in perpetuity.  Stupidity, ignorence or enlightenment are our own individual concerns, arrived at through our own thoughts and actions, not the edicts of the truly afflicted from on high.

Rangel Can't Wrangle Anymore. Maybe Not.

But as a possible tax cheat,  Rangel may still have access to the Ways & Means Committee, after the current hoopla blows over.  What is the possiblitiy of this outcome?  Let us look at the record.

1) A tax cheat is now in charge of the IRS and enforcing tax law against the rest of us.
 
2) The Attorney General's office under Mr. Holder has refused to pursue the prosecution of the New Black Panther Party in a clear case of voter intimidation.
 
3) Sen. Ted Kennedy causes the death of a young women in 1967 and goes on to serve in the Senate for more than forty years.
 
4) ACORN has just been found by a Brooklyn judge not to have violated any laws in the videotaped counseling of real investigative reporters of the New Press posing as a procurer (a pander) and his prostitute in the proper running of a prostitution ring.  Is the august judge then affirming the old liberal mantra: "Laws?  We don't need no stinking laws!"
 
5) Democrat Rep. Murtha has just been found blameless by a Congressional committe ("Laws?  We don't need no stinking laws!") blameless concerning bribery charges brought against him.  Part of their reasoning was simple, Murtha couldn't remember who contributed money to him.  Senility is no excuse for finding him blameless.  He was also never held accountable for his groundless charges against his fellow Marines in Iraq.
 
Rangel might be off the range for the moment, but he can still wrangle his way out of the charges, as long as he and the other liberal Democrat politicians in Congress have the ways and the means and are in power.  That is, until November and only if we don't listen to the Main Line Media.

D.C. Republicans Grow Spines

Okay, I was wrong.  Republicans at the health care farce were not all invertebrates, fools and soon to be unemployed.  They showed they had spine and made a fool of Obama (an easy and enjoyable pastime) in what could have turned into the prelude to a political blame game targeting them specifically.  They achieved this suprising result by bringing in copies of the two Democrat bills and reading damaging passages from them to enrage Obama & the Libs.  These ploys, these acts of defiance, used the Democrat Liberals' own written words to contridict their talking points.  What a concept!  If the Republican members of Congress continue this tact, we just might vote for most of them in November.
 
This tendency needs to be encouraged, or else the worst of the entrenched D.C. Republicans in Congress will succumb to their former spineless submission to the prevailing lunacy within the Washington Beltway.  Higher IQs and common sence may be too much to hope for the worst of them at this point.  Even McCain angered Obama, who reminded him the election was over.
 
Yes, Obama and the Lunatics won and we lost, but not for long.

Obama "Ax" for Higher Standards

In calling for higher standards in education and work, Obama said "ax" instead of "ask".  With gaffes like these, we have to ask the obvious-Is his electronic prompters or his advisors breaking down in feeding him trite phrases?  Doesn't he care, or is he simply letting us know he wants to ax more standards in what he sees as a corrupt society?  Is it simple contempt for the loathsome subjects he now has to waste his valuable time on, when he would rather be obsessing over nationalizing as much of the economy as he can get away with before the American people catch on to his agenda?
 
Consider his other recent gaffe, when he pronounced corpsman as corpse man three times in a speech last week.  It wasn't as much an
example of his indifference to proper pronouncement of a word, but his contempt for anything relating to the military and may hint at his assumption about  its fate.
 
Let the majority of the American people enlighten and assure Obama of a simple truth.  Most of us already know he is a sham, a lie, the misrepresentation of a leader superimposed on someone President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela correctly identified as an ignoramous.  This should be devastating criticism of the Dictator-in-Training, since it comes from a far more accomplished tyrant whom he wishes to copy.  This will be the only time I wiill agree with Chavez, as I see both men as failures and equally unqualified for their respective offices as leaders of their countries.  They are not needed, as free people need neither an ax to intimidate them, nor the corpse of liberalism/communism to lead them.
