Community Standards? In the Federal District?

The Supreme Court is hearing a case against a gun ban in the District of Columbia.  Liberals, like Obama, are now saying, though they are for people keeping arms, community standards should be considered.  What community standards are there within the Federal District of Columbia, directly administered by the Federal government?  If there is any place in America where the people have the right to keep and bear arms as part of a well regulated (self regulated, self drilled) Militia, it is within the Federal District, as an impediment to the ever increasing power of the Federal government.

Sophists on the Left always try to trip us up with new variations on the same misinformation.  Perhaps they are simply conveying their own stupidity.  What exactly did Obama learn at Harvard Law School before becoming, not surprisingly, a community organizer trying to infringe on the Constitution by organizing special interest groups called communities?  It wasn't fine points of law, only the fine shading of meaning in rhetorical debate.  Or maybe he sees a difference in citizens of the various states and those within the District of Columbia?  After all, the residents of the District of Columbia can not have officers appointed by their resident state as emphasized by Alexander Hamilton in Federalist Paper 29, because they are not residents of any of the various states.  They are still full and individual citizens.  The people (citizens) of D.C. are protected by the Second Amendment, as they are part of the Militia and the Militia is the whole of the people, according to George Mason, the author of the Virginia Bill of Rights, which was the model for the Constitution's Bill of Rights.  They are citizens of the Federal District who still have the right to keep and bear arms, even in the shadow of the Federal buildings of Washington.  That has nothing to do with simply manipulated community standards, it has everything to do with Constitutional rights.  Right now, the only people who have the right to keep and bear arms, to be secure in their homes in Washington, D.C., are criminals and some government workers and officials.  The government officials think they have the right as Federal workers.  The criminals simply ignore the laws.  Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between the two local,  privileged classes.

The Supreme Court, the Ninth Federal Circus Clowns of Appeal or any other federal courts have no jurisdiction relating to the possible infringement of the Second Amendment.  The First Amendment clearly forbids Congress from making any law restricting First Amendment rights.  The Second Amendment is not so limited to restricting just Congress.  The Second Amendment states, in its entirety, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."  In the amendment, the people and State (states) are mentioned and are clearly not the parties to the Constitution being restricted or infringed upon.  It was supposed to restrict/constrict the whole of the prospective new Federal government, including the Executive and Judiciary branches.  All Federal regulations and all court cases infringing on the same subject are thus null and void.  This means the Supreme Court has no right to decide a case involving the Federal District, nor can the Federal government make any restrictions within the District of Columbia, as the entire Federal government is denied from making any infringement of Constitutional rights.  In this case, that is the Second Amendment right to keep and bear Arms.

Some will argue the Second Amendment is restricted to Congress.  There is no such impediment in the Second Amendment.  Both the First and Second Amendments are single sentences.  The subject being curtailed in the First is Congress.  The subject being curtailed in the Second is the whole of the Federal government.

The Second Amendment is as all restricting in regard to the entire Federal government as the Ninth and Tenth Amendments are and can never be violated.  It can certainly not be restricted by community standards, which violates a free State from below and a free people  and Militia from above.  Nor can it be infringed by the Federal government, including the Supreme Court and any other Federal courts, only protected.  Better yet, it should be left alone.

To the Left, Barack is Like the War, in Iraq

Obama has a chance to win the election, and destroy the Democrat Party at the same time.  If he wins, they lose.  If he loses, they win.  His crime is he actually thinks he can win and take over the plantation or the fief.  To the left, it's equivalent to Bush winning the War and eliminating one of their basic talking points.  Winning the Aneican Presidency will also violate every prejudice toward blacks held by the liberal leadership (summed up in the mantra "No, you can't").  These hypocritical liberals are not only those of the Democrat Party leadership, but the news media and all the third world dictators and vassals in the black community who have told blacks they can never succeed in Ameirca.  This last group includes the supposed reverends Wright, Jackson and Sharpton.

Rev. Wright has said it doesn't matter if Obama wins the election, Wright will continue attacking and protesting against Obama the next day.  That is because Obama would then be part of the white oppression, but not the Wright oppression.  This is leadership in the black community?  With leaders like this, I prefer to be a lone wolf.  Perhaps the reverend wants to be the first one on his block to do the white man thing, that is, succeed in America.  He's almost there.  His church is building a $1,500,000 mansion for him, with over ten thousand square feet and a line of credit of $10,000,000.  I don't know, as a typical, bitter white guy clinging to my guns, my faith and  my NRA membership here in Pennsylvania, I could only dream of being so oppressed, when not working harder to succeed on my own.  After all those years of telling blacks to avoid middle class values, Rev. Wright is joining the upper class in a white, golf course community.  Oh, to be so repressed.

Rev, Wright is acting like Poppa Doc Duvalier, with his own personal fief or plantation, Haiti, to exploit for his own benefit.  Is it any wonder Haitians and Cubans are dying to come to America and escape from tin horn dictators like Fidel Castro, Poppa Doc and their successors?  One who deserved to stay was still deported.  Alien Gonzalez, the Dred Scott of our times, was returned to his great white master, Fidel Castro, by Potus Clinton I as so much chattel.  This was in direct violation of a law, duly passed by Congress, which grants legal alien status to Cubans who reach our shores.  The law was ignored, Clinton sent armed Federal agents to raid the home of Alien's relatives in Florida with a warrant identifying him as an illegal alien and sent him back into slavery.  Like Waco, it was an example of Clinton Justice, Gestapo Style.  But what do you expect from tyrants?  Perhaps the reverend is now afraid Obama might be a pretender to the reverend's own baronial throne.

The other domestic dictators have already weighed in and assaulted Obama.  Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton were opposed to him from the start of his campaign.  He was threatening their territory and their unearned, privileged positions in the black leadership.  He was also  threatening their nationwide, extended ward boss roles, to turn out the black vote each election day.  The oligarchy at the top is too small, too removed and insolated from the commoners of the third world country called Black America to allow anyone else into the ranks.  We are all Ameircans, living in the foremost country in the world, America, not a patchwork of dictatorships called communities or personal fiefdoms and plantations within those communities ruled by vassals and petty tyrants.  Is the presumptive and assumptive new ward boss up to the task of running the one true community of America?  That should be up to him, unencumbered by the old black leadership.  His former reverend is downright against it.

Finally, will the elites in the Demogogic Party allow him to win and take away all their rhetoric about blacks being unable to reach the top in this supposedly racist nation?  Will trust fund babies, winners of life's lottery, like Howard Dean (of the Dean Witter fortune), John D. (Jay) Rockefeller IV (heir to and ultimate insider of the Standard Oil fortune and namesake of its founder) and Al Gore (descendent of slave and plantation owners) allow Obama. an obomination they partly created, to not only win the election but also take over their party?  That two pronged question frightens the effete elites in the politics of the Left.  They never dreamed one of the underlings they supposedly champion, but never expected to advance, might actually take over.  It was all theory, theory they could disregard while the theory was trumpeted by the news media.  Ignorant serfs and slaves were never supposed to take over the vassal's castle and lands or the slave holder's mansion and plantation.  Liberalism's chickens have now come home to roost.  Are they going to be plucked or allowed to stay?  They're plucked, because the party of the slave owners never planned for this contingency.  It's downright teerifying to liberals, because they've never been able to predict the ramifications of their own demagoguery.

Ultimately, Barack is like the War, in Iraq, even the Economy.  If he wins, the Left loses, because they will no longer have anything to demagogue.  If he loses, they win, because they can go back to spreading the same old mutually profitable varieties of bull.  They'll try to make sure he loses and give the prize to the Clintons through the actions of the Florida and Michigan contingencies.  They will also use the undemocratic super delegates and the super delegates and delegates from the oversees teeritories (including the millions of Puerto Ricans living in Puerto Rico who can not vote in November) and deliver a setback to Barack.  Of course, if Obama survives and and goes on to lose in November, he can assume the role of the sore loser.  Then, like Al Gore, Barack and Michele will begin building their own fiefdom (gripedom or griefdom, if you will) in the black community or within ACORN, instead of the environment, as consolation.  Yes, you can, Mr. and Mrs. Obama, if the Lords of Liberalism deem you worthy enough.  And we all thought feudalism and slavery were dead.

McCain, the Staight Jacket Express

McCain says he is running the Straight Talk Express.  How about the Straight Jacket Express?  While Hillary and Obama throw accusations and bombast back and forth at each other, McCain pretends to be above it all,  That might work in a beauty contest, but none of these three are beauties, and the two Democrat canidates show they fight dirty.  How is McCain going to win the general election in November if he won't fight for it and opts for the title of Miss Congeniality?  This seems bizarre for a man famous for fighting and contending with his own party.  To make it simple for McCain, I would like to make some suggestions.

First, start running for President as a clear alternative to the other two candidates, at least now and then.  Proposing to eliminate the federal taxes on gasoline during the peak summer driving months was a great start.  Permanently eliminating them would be even better, since the federal government does nothing to deserve such tribute.  Hillary and Obama are scrambling to take it up as their own suggestion, with Barack extracting the loss of revenues from the oil companies.  Well, what do you expect from an empty suit and a stealth Marxist?  Now, Sen. McCain, keep it up, both the fight and your head, so you can see where you're going.

Second, quit crippling yourself and the party by telling the rest of us how to react.  Every complaint from the news media and the Democrats is answered by an attack on other Republicans by Saint John.  The situation with the political ad by the North Carolina State Republican Committee is a prime example.  The ad, aimed at two North Carolina Democrat politicians, but using some of Rev. Wright's incendiary remarks, was characterized by McCain as racist, even though he hadn't seen or heard the advertisement.  It's not the time to be stupid, though McCain seems addicted to it.  Nor is it time to placate the enemy by brown nosing with the news media.  We have enough trouble with complient Rinos in the Senate to promote one of them to the White House.  The head of the North Carolina State Committee and the committee itself didn't back down, playing the maverick to Maverick McCain and won more campaign contributions from the Republican rank and file.  Other state Republican committees are following their lead.

Third, quit refusing to fight fire with fire.  When did Sen. McCain, former Navy pilot and P.O.W., become a pacifist in the world of politics?  He refuses to say anything bad about Obama or Hillary because he thinks it might be seen as racist or chauvinistic.  Screw political correctness!  It's as unconstitutional and Fascist as it is illogical.  It's not straight talk, it's straight insanity. McCain might as well break out the straight jacket juist before a boxing match with these self-imposed restrictions.

Hopefully, McCain will start listening to us, though he's stubborn, but so are we.  We need to be mavericks to Maverick John.  After all, he has to listen to the Republican Party funds.  This is because Mr. Campaign Reform, co-author of the Insane Fascist Law, finds himself dependent on the Republican Party because the Liberals and their funds have abandoned him after he became the presumptive canidate.  If he thinks any different, then he is the personification of what we say about any one who assumes.

Meet the Candidates: Moe, Larry, Joe and Sometimes Curly

Ever notice the trio of candidates running for President look and act like the Three Stooges?  Hillary is Moe (same size, same attitude, same stupid/obsessive look).  McCain acts like Larry, while losing his mind and tearing out his hair over every frustration.  And Barak Obama is more like Joe Besser than Curly, Shemp or Curly Joe.  This is because Obama constantly complains about being abused by meanies and is always exclaiming "Not so hard!" to every imagined slight inflicted on him by Moe, or is that Mao/Hillary?

To be fair, Obama is versitile enough to act like Curly Howard, when needed.  This is particularly true when we consider that Curly appeared as Mussolini in a Three Stooges' WWII era movie short.  Curly ended up fighting over the globe in a bizarre football game with Hitler (impersonated by Moe, who always played Hitler to the hilt) while Larry, dressed like some diplomat, looked on in disbelief.

The two reel, or too real, short is always funny.  Its analogy to the Presidential election is not.  We should demand a new cattle call from central casting for the role.  The present day stooges in question aren't up for the job.

Plant This in the Seat of Your Consciousness

There is something abhorrent to me to find out today is not only the PA Primaries but also Earth Day.  Both are supposed to be observed by the general public, but only acted upon by a small minority of that public.  The difference is the Pennsylvania Primary is a necessary part of the election process and Earth Day is a propaganda ploy redesigned over time to promote a lie.

The first Earth Day was created partly to promote Global Cooling, a liberal hysteria of the time.  By the late Seventies the news media were stating that the average, annual temperatures during the last ice age were only a few degrees cooler than they were at that time.

Times change.  The news media found they could not scare the general public with the effects of possible Global Cooling because of the general warming trends in the weather (caused, of course, by the increased solar activity of the sun).  So the media switched.

I remember the news item on the CBS Evening News back around 1980 which helped to instigate the change in the designated boogie man of the left to Global Warming.  It was the featured, lead story of the night, a moment to shift the paradigm of propaganda.  The most salient point made in the report was, with a few degrees increase in annual, average temperatures, the Great Plains of the American Midwest would turn to deserts and the steppes of the Soviet Union would then become the bread basket of the world.  It contradicted articles like "The Cooling World" by Peter Gwynne in the April 28, 1975 edition of Newsweek on Global Cooling.

I knew, that night, this new, equally baseless assumption would be blamed on mankind.  It would also give hope to the hopeless and provide a new belief system to those who believe in nothing, while possibly saving communism from its own ineptitude and the disaster of collectivist farming in the Soviet Union.  Collectivist farming caused real, man made famines, resulting in the death by starvation of over 20,000,000 people after it was forced on the Soviets by Stalin through government edict starting in 1928.

We've had to put up with the same bull, different package, ever since.  Compare the predictions cited in "The Cooling World" and the present hysteria.  "The Cooling World" also predicted possible famines, which never occurred.  The premises are polar opposites, a half a degree decrease in the Northern Hemisphere between 1945 and 1968 and a half a degree increase cited by Al Gore and others in the more recent past, bringing us back to around the temperature levels of 1940 as cited by Denis Dutton's intro to the article from www.denisdutton.com.  If both premises are in fact accurate, aren't we actually suffering from Global Homeostasis (not the new gathering mantra of Climate Change) where overall temperatures really haven't changed, based on a longer time line?  But that would take away the news media's obsession of the moment.

P.S. Check out Denis Dutton's new website Climate Debate Daily for more information and expamples of the news media's predictions, going back to the New York Times warning of a possible new ice age in 1895.

Reagan, the Ultimate Write-In Candidate

Let us send McCain a message in the primaries, starting with Pennsylvania.  Pennsylvania is a closed primary, so only Republicans can vote for their candidate of choice.  Since Sen. McCain has locked up the candicacy, we need to place our protest now.  Is he truly a foot soldier in the Reagan Revolution?  If you don't believe that assumption, then show him where he stands with his true base,  Or don't vote for McCain or write in uncommitted while voting on the rest of slate for Conservative Republican candidates.

I checked with the Pennsylvania Dept. of State (DOS) because I remember seeing space for a write-in dandidate in past elections.  I was informed there is a blank space on the actual ballot for a write-in for each office.  If that is true, we need to write in Reagan's name on the ballot for our choice.  On the rest of the ballot, we still have a choice in who will represent us in the Federal Congress because the entire House and one third of the Senate are up for election.  So why not help take both houses of Congress back with the most conservative candidates on the Federal and and possibly the State level.  At the same time, by voting for Reagan and sending Reagan or uncommitted delegates to the convention we can tell Sen. McCain we knew Ronald Reagan.  Ronald Reagan was a friend of ours.  You are no Ronald Reagan, Sen. McCain!  Lord Benson said something similar to this to Dan Quayle in 1988.

In November, do we want to stay home and allow Hillary or Obama to be elected President by the ignorant or our country in our absence?  The mercurial Liberals and Moderates will abandon McCain as Democrat Light for the real Democrat candidate in November.  Let Hillary and Obama battle it our in the primaries over their lemmings and discredit themselves as real candidates in the general election while Operation Chaos takes effect.  If you don't want to cross over to the dark side and vote for Hillary now, vote for Reagan, uncommitted of skip McCain.

McCain has his good points, particularly on the War and the Iraq Front, even with his idiotic ideas of closing Gitmo and giving Constitutional rights to enemy combatants in criminal courts and not before military ones.  Even FDR wouldn't consider the latter in WWII when he had German spies (enemy combatants) tried in military courts and executed.  Finally, do we want to default to the Clintons or Obama as President and Commander in Chief to screw up these legal precedents, our rights and the economy?

We deal with McCain now, not later.  We do it with writing in Reagan's name, voting uncommitted or not voting for McCain.  Then we can send Reagan or uncommitted delegates to the convention to back up Conservatives for Vice President.  McCain has a long way to go to win back the Conservative base, despite what the AP/Yahoo poll says today, and the Reagan Democrats.  Let's give him a good, long workout.
