Reid, aping Pelosi, wants another Saturday massacre of America with another unusual vote on a clearly umpopular Bolshevik bill of crap.  This will not stand, start calling and emailing your derelict senators.  I have two to contend with, but I'm used to it.  Nail the Bolsheviks to the wall and keep the debate from coming to the floor.  Leiberman, their 2000 V.P. nominee, is now an Independent because of the Dems' progressive lunacy and will not hang with the sixty traitors needed to pass the resolution and bring the bull to the floor. It may come down to the Rinos again, so don't leave suspect senators alone.

Twenty Years After the Wall, America Falls

To Communism, Liberalism and New Age Fascism.  The vote Saturday night on the Health Care Takeover points out the tendency to mob rule so common in democracies driven by propaganda.  It also points out the brilliance of the Founding Fathers' construction of two houses of Congress.  All kinds of silly bills have been passed quickly in the hysteria of the moment by the House of Representative Lunatics, only to be held up and let to die mong the pontifications in the debating society called the Senate.  The Tax and Scam bill has been held up in the Senate now for months, on the back burner.  Even Sen. Reid, hearing the tolling of his own political iron bell back in Nevada, said the Health care bill will not be taken up until next year.

Of course he lies.  Reid, obviously liberally suicidal, still wants to open the debate on Obamacare this year, even though he doesn't have the votes.  Check out Hugh Hewitt's posting today with Townhall for the main senate switchboard and the numbers and addresses of some of the more vulnerable Democrat Senators.  If you need more numbers, addresses and emails, Google U.S. Senate. 
 
It's silly season in Washington and we need to exercise our First Amendment rights by pestering the Senatorial Clowns.  Suggest to senators or their staffs, if they don't listen to you, to start debate on a new amendment to the Constitution to repeal the 17th Amendment to allow the States to appoint their own Senators again.  As Super Representatives who do not represent the people who elected them to office, they should admit their own tendency to mob hysteria, muted by longer terms, and admit they can be replaced by the States in the States House.
 
The Constitution is designed to slow such tendency of unbound human nature, but it's up to we the Citizens of America to hold the elected clowns in both houses to keep down the idiocy.  Unfortunately, we are partly in this situation because of the partisanship of the American Pravda, formerly known as the Old Press, and their ongoing distortion of the news to cover up the lessons of history.  The difference is, we, who know more than the usual liberal loon on the street, can ignore most of the dribble from American Pravda; we can't ignore the Congress.

Yellow Journalism and Black Red Necks

Rush was set up, slandered, libeled and denied "minority status" ownership in the Rams.  This scam was concocted for us by the mountebanks of yellow journalism and enthusiastically joined by the red neck adherents of mechanized racism-Jess Jackson and the Irrelevant Charlatan and other pretenders to Martin Luther King.  They all jumped on the Rush Bashing Bandwagon to drum up business (when it's not being employed for selling the snake oils of other liberal quackery).
 
All they needed were manuufactured, incendiary comments Rush never made and never investigated by the Pravda Press.  Fact checking, after all, is supposed to be their job; a job they refuse to do because it conflicts with their real job of ongoing subterfuge.  Professional Black Red Necks like Jackson and Sharpton simply go with part of their stock and trade-prejudging white conservatives and promoting their own red neck agenda. 
 
In my life, some of the biggest racists I have ever met are black.  They are true red necks, deluded racists wallowing in ignorance and relying on their supposed superiority.  Many of the other major league racists I have met are liberal whites, who make equally racist comments as black red necks, using the "N" word in a liberal fashion in private they would never own up to while propagandizing their liberal lies in public.  It's called hypocracy and comes from the Greek and means someone who plays a part, a pretender. 
 
The Left are two faced, suffering from their own galloping paranoia and inferiority complexes, just like their favorite sociopath Stalin: who was the first editor of Pravda and played his part at factitious normalcy.  That all changed, eventually and after he took over the Soviet Union.  The truth never matters to the Left and other Communists, because the ends always justify the means.  Liberals keep their peccadilloes and major defects private and fabricate something else for their campaings in the Media.  Even Hitler lied about his racism, when he was running for Chancellor of Germay.  He was just a racist and a Leftist Socialist before and after that campaign.  The same can be said of Obama.
 
How did this start?  Rush was approached by a representative of a group of investors who wanted to bid on the purchase of the Rams.  They offered him a chance to become a limited partner in their group.  Limited partners have limited liability and are only at risk for the actual money they invest in the partnership.  Rush would be precluded from having anything to do with the running of the Rams if the partnership's offer was the winning bid for the NFL franchise.  He would only help pay the freight from the wages of his labor, but would not be allowed to dine at the master's table, unlike Jackson, Wright & Sharpton.
 
Rush knew the implication of his "minority status" and asked the representative if his group was ready for the predictable political firestorm.  He was assured the group of investors would back him up.  They didn't and then asked him to withdraw.  He told them to fire him from the group and that is what they did, after asking him to join them in the first place.
 
Limbaugh, one of the wealthiest self-made men in America and an accredited investor many times over, simply saw the transaction as a good investment when he signed on, before getting burned.  What did he have to lose, except the money he was investing?  That is, before the Media and the black red neck manufactured storm? 
 
It has turned into a big waste of time and America's attention as the Federal government is trying to nationalize one sixth of our economy.  It became a convenient and distracting sideshow to the freak show of the Obama Nation's grab for another segment of the private sector.  The health care industry comprises the largest and healthiest portion of the local economy here in Pittsburgh and its nationalization would cripple the region and the country.  But what does the Federal government, the Left and the red necks care about those outcomes or the truth?

Health care "draft" passes, 75 amendments then added?  Fascism marches on.  Even the Congressional Budget Office can not make an informed evaluation of this draft, which will be voted on on Tuesday as a bill and as a substitute or rider to H.R. 1586, a rela bill passed by the House.  Go to united states senate and click on senators of the 111th Congress. Get phone numbers by state as well as Fax numbers in Wahsington and local offices through their web forms.

It's important.  You know, it's time for another march on Washington, to camp out around Capitol Hill on Tuesday.  Monday would be better, because they're both working days in the Senate.  If we get the permits, bring along your posters, your Democrat brooms and faux pitchforks to "symbolize" we're serious.  Why brooms?  The liberals will be swept out, or they can ride their own brooms out of town.  Judging by the 2 million people who showed up on 9-12, we can bring in enough people from just the surrounding states for the day.

Earth to Grayson-Holocaust Was a Govt. Option

Cue up the "Looney Tunes" theme, it's projection time again.  Grayson(Demented of FL) is now hogging for the liberal role of Daffy Duck.  What a greedy pig.
 
America's health care system is a Holocaust, Congressman Grasyon?  Do you even represent the people of Florida?  How can America's private health care industry, the best medical system in the world, be a government run, systematic death machine aimed at specific groups of victims?  The Holocaust was an outgrowth of an imposed government health car reform, like Obamacare.
 
The Nationalist Socialist German Workers' Party (idiot half brothers of the equally demented Communists) first presented their desires as a government reform option to Germany's health care system, to eliminate only individuals suffering from congenital ailments, like Sarah Palin's younger son.  Maybe that's why she pointed out the Death Panels implied in the Health Care Reform Bill and started under the Stimulus Bill.  We don't need such stimulation. 
 
The nationalizing National Socialists only had to then expand the definition of undersirables to include victim groups based on religion and/or ethnicity (Jews, Gypsies, Slavs).  This has nothing to do with  America's health care system, the envy of the world, which does not, can not deny treatment to anyone, even illegal aliens.
 
Yet, what can we do, but let Bugs set up the screen for the new "Daffy Show" and allow the lunacy of the deranged Left to rage on in full vent?  They can be entertaining, after all, while making fools of themselves.  Let the lunacy continue.

Obamacare = Landshark = "Candy Gram!"

Back on SNL (when it was funny), Landshark used the lure "Candy gram!" to get in the door, then devoured those he duped with his ploy.  Well, he's back!  This time, he's in the form of Obamacare, with or without its Government Option.  It's an equally voracious carnivore equally out of water, but not without the same bone chilling blood frenzy to devour everyone in sight.
 
Run for your life, better yet, defend your life and don't believe anything the Obama administration says.  It's not a candy gram, it's a ruthless urban predator with all the boundless violence and restraint of an IRS agent in full audit mode!  Oh, the inhumanity, the carnage, the ignominious end; let alone the condition of your underwear if you survive the attack and the doctors are allowed to treat you in an E.R..  Your mother warned you there would be days like this, but you never listened.
 
Oh, the shame of it all.  But the doctors and the medical insurance companies, the front lines of health-care, are not enough to protect you.  Where there's the Obama Federal government, there is no real competition; no more than a sustanible level of oxygen in an enclosed room engulfed in a blazing fire.
 
What will the Death panels then rule for the survivors?  Off to the soap factory, after they harvest your remaining organs, because you belong to them now.

The G-20 Opens, Closes Down Pittsburgh & Brings Out the Loons

Thanks, Obama, for picking Pittsburgh and unleashing the self-loathing Left on my home city.  The Pittsburgh City Council is allowing protesters to wear masks in order to facilitate the protesters' terrorist pranks that much easier.  Usually these activities are called crimes.  Whatever for, do they have the same low self-esteem as bank robbers?  Perhaps it's City Council's effort at leftist therapy, helping  the protesters to work through their problems with self as they destroy the property of others.  I do not recall anyone wearing masks among the 9-12 attendees/protesters in Washington last week (in the largest rally of citizens in American history, with 1.7 to 2 million people).  The participants that day had nothing to hide, caused no damage or arrests, while the Left has everything to hide and obfuscate about every day.
 
The local courts have allowed Code Pink to set up a "symbolic" tent city in one of our parks.  It will have the same set up as an actual tent city, except the protestors won't be allowed to sleep there overnight.  Of course they will, first chance they get.  Welcome back, Resurrection City.  There is already a tent city being set up in the Hill District just above the downtown district.  The Hill is also the site of the first protest of the week, to demand jobs.  What's wrong with improving your own qualifications then going out and finding one on your own or create one by starting your own business?  What a concept.  Other, more self-motivated people have already done just that, even in this demagogue oppressed city and nation.  Some of them even have two jobs.  I guess they were being greedy.  They should be ashamed.
 
The bulk of the mental flotsam and jetsam protesters will be here, to turn my city into a peg pen, on Thursday and Friday.  In preparation. windows are being boarded up, additional security and police measures are also being taken up for law abiding citizens' own self-protection.  All the time, the miscreants are filing more and more complaints with the courts.  They must be trying to protect themselves, from themselves and their own self-deceptions.  Talk about projection.  They should be ashamed, but they never are, we are the ones who have to tolerate and financially support them.  The intolerant (like Hitler, Stalin and the Left) never have compassion for anyone else, simply oppression and obfuscation.

The News Media Ignores 9/12 Part II

The News Media continues to ignore 9/12, its scope and nature.  The event was only announced under the fold on the front page of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, with the article appearing on page A-9.  The article itself was a reprint of one from the Scarlet Harlot, the New York Times and was written by Jeff Zeleny.  Its title was "Obama, Congress targeted", with the subtitle "Tens of thousands attend broad protest of government in nation's capital".
 
If it was a broad protest of government, how could there only be "tens of thousands" of protesters?  And how could Zeleny than state in the article and I quote "but the magnitude of the rally took the authorities by surprise, with throngs of people streaming from the White House to Capital Hill for more than three hours".  How can that be the result of merely "tens of thousands" of protesters being at the rally?  The distance from the White House to Congress is a mile, and the protesters were streaming from one end to the other for three hours and filled Pennsylvania Ave..  But the Times ran with an earlier estimate of the protest made well before the rally occurred by the authorities.  These are the same authorities who are used to policing rallies by the Left and the Obama Coronation.  Yet they were surprised by the magnitude and compostition of the attendees at the march.  The Scarlet Harlot simply ignored the facts and did not update the estimate to fit with the reality of the turnout; and since the rest of the Gobblist Press merely parrots what the New York Times says, the misinformation was broadcast again while the Press ignored the facts; as it usually does, and did not do their job.  The Post-Gazette merely reprinted the article.
 
On the same day, Sunday September 13, 2009, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, the other hyphenated but conservative local paper ran an article above the fold titled "Protesters take D.C. by storm" but with the subtitle of "Tens of thousands march in opposition to Obama's agenda".  The aritcle was a reprint of an article written by Mark Z. Barabar of the Los Angeles Times.  The times are changing and the  New York and L.A. Times are both suffering from, dare we say, declining circulation.  Perhaps the lack of blood is effecting their perception of the world and the truth.
 
As an example, Barabar also makes the contradictory observation "....the demonstrators filled Pennsylvania Avenue and swarmed the Capitol grounds with a sea of bobbing palcards and hand-lettered signs that spelled out a catalog of dissent".  Yes, that's right, dissent, peaceful, widespread and active dissent by well over, dare we even mention, a million, perhaps two million people?  If the attendees at the rally swarmed the Capitol grounds while filling Pennsylvania Ave., then could there could have been as many as two million American citizens at the rally?  It's very probable, even with the misinformation of the fourth estate.  
 
By ignoring the magnitude and scope of the rally, minimizing its size and its significance of exemplifying the free exercise of public speech and then emphasizing the misleading number of protesters, the News Media are in fact ignoring 9/12.

Ignoring History-The Media Ignores 9/12

For Gibb to say Obama didn't know about the 9/12 March proves they're terrified.  This goes beyond denial, it turns the Obama adminstration, and by extension the News Media and the Goebblist Press, into ancient Greeks; who killed the bearer of bad news.  It also means reality is pounding on the front door of the asylum to announce that their self-directed play time inside is over.  It's now time to face what they have unleashed.  The Goebblist Media will do their best to minimize what happend yesterday in Washington, by ignoring 500,000 to a 1,000,000 everday Americans marching on Washington and demanding to be heard*.  This all began with some people near the start of the year caling for Tea Parties across the country.  That was all it took.
 
The reason the Left thought they could get away with this monumental and systematic destruction of America was because they thought they could ignore the tax paying majority and impose a Communist dictatorship on us all; convinced we were cowed by political correctnes and liberal dribble and too afraid to respond in any substantial way.  They did not figure the dynamics of a free people to rise up against tyranny like our ancestors.  We are still Americans, not an easily seperated compound of differing, petty and contesting victim group whith hyphons before American.  We are Americans, we and America existed before the Federal government.  The Federal government had nothing to do with the founding of this country, they are only the lunatics in the asylum within the Washington beltway.  America was founded by rebelious Americans with liberty in their hearts, minds and lives.  We, their intellectual and economic descendents, needed only one more reminder of the growing threat of the Federal government to inspire us to action.  That one reminder is the present configuration in Washington, and we can change that in just over a year. 
 
Next week, there will be two more demonstrations.  One will be a three days of the people peacefully assembling, as they did yesterday in the capital, and peacefully petition the government again in the Values Conference.  The other will be when the lunatics street thugs will descend on and destroy my home city of Pittsburgh during the G-20 meetings and turn it into a pig pen like Woodstock. 
 
Will the demostrations in Pittsburgh descend into mindless rioting?  Judging by their track record in London and Seatle, it's very likely.  I will not be able to go to Washington next week, nor was I able to attend yesteday's rally on 9/12; but I ask those who have to work during those two days of G-20 in downtown Pittsburgh to take their cameras with them and record the antics of the lunatics in the street.  
 
I will see if I can get down there as well.  The city's plans for access to downtown are still not complete and I don't work in downtown Pittsburgh and may not be allowed in, unless I'm with a sanctioned group of leftists.  If I am, I might be wearing a Sears poncho, as apposed to a real poncho, to protect myself from the "Cosmic Debris" Frank Zappa warned us about.  But be warned, don't get too close, they will probably be using biological war and spraying human waste around and throwing stones. And don't get near Starbuck's, their idea of the center of evil capitalism in the world.  I told you they're loons.  Take pictures of them from the windows of your office buildings and post them on the web.  Show the world what we are up against and what we will defeat.
 
*P.S. It seems the estimates for the 9/12 event are actually larger than the first ones I heard about.  ABC (Always Been Communist according to a Rush caller I heard once) actually screwed up (but only for a moment) and reported the number was 1,500,000 people.  They later conformed to the 'tens of thousands" mantra/lie of the moment as set by the New York Times (more on their article later).  Now I hear it was closer to 2,000,000.  So, to put it into plain words, we are talking about more than two million people out of a country of three hundred and thirty million people.  It's comparable to or greater than the two million who showed up for Obama's coronation.  The times they are a changing.  That's five times as many as showed up for the Million Man March, or 400,000-a march Obama helped to organize as a community organizer.   Even at 1,000,000 it's more than twice the size of the Civil Rights March of 1963.  It was simply the people peacefully assembling to petition the government, not insame rioters.  It was certainly bigger than August of 1968.  More on that as well.  Again, thank you for your comments and your support.

More Weasel Words

Leading up to Obama's speech to Congress yesterday, his stooges were using weasel words, like "stability" and "security", words well poll tested and chosen to mislead the American people.  At the same time, Obama prepared to use more weasel words like "misinformation"  and "won't add one dime to the deficit" in his speech, while he attacked his accusers and accused them of lying about points in his bill to socialize medicine.  It is a bill that does not exist except as a pure, blank canvas upon which he could paint any fantasy he wanted.  How better to mislead than to use something no one can survey or directly site to contradict his fabrications?
 
Then Joe Wilson, Republican freshman Rep. from South Carolina, destroyed the illusion by stating the truth in two words, "You lie", and by doing so put the lie to the ultimate Sophist of our time.  Wilson might as well have said the emperor has no clothes.  And for that, Wilson had to apologize for his outburst, bot not about his objection to the President's falsehood. Obama pulled out other weasel words, like "millions of job saved", statements that can not be correlated with reality.  The truth will be attacked and the weasel words and lies of the adminstration, no matter the circumstances, shall be exalted.  The Left will give not quarter, nor shall we.  The truth will win out as long as we never give up.

Ted Kennedy-Patron Saint of Private Medical

Sen. Ted's death was delayed by private health care, without any government option.  What a selfless, exemplary action by Old Ted.  I'm being facetious, of course.  The irony of Kennedy using these means of extending his life has turned Old Teddy into a saint suffering for a truth.  We need to embrace (in a purely figurative way) this tubby, scurrilous degenerate and raise him to the level of sainthood as St. Ted, patron saint of private medical and the right to privacy between a patient and his or her own doctor (and by extension, his or her insurance company) under Roe.
 
Or could the last son of Camelot be a typical lying liberal, expecting to be the exception to the oppressive rules he demands the rest of us have to live and die by?  Judging by the actions of the Kennedy clan, it's in his flabby genes (and jeans) to lie.  He also needs a better lagacy than being nothing more than a spoiled child gone to seed.
 
If he was not a Senator or a Kennedy and had been hauled in front of a NICE review board, like the ones they have in Great Britain for their government option, the old war horse would have been told he had lived enough and it was time for the glue factory.  True, in his younger days he was fit enough to swim a channel and avoid responsibility for the death of someone else.  All that would be relative, but only to a point, according to Rahm's brother, Dr. Zeke.  But Ted would simply not be worth rationing government funds on to be kept alive.
 
So he was right to take advantage of the smorgasbord of private insurance available exclusively for the privileged members of the U.S. Senate and House.  Perhaps he saw the light, after a lifetime of trying to socialize medicine, and pursued his own options.  What a guy.  Was he inspiring, or aspring, to make himself an example of choice for the individual against liberally applied oppression?  If only he had the same compassion for the lowly serfs and plebes he supposedly represents in Congress.  Or was he simply a selfish a**?  That would be up to him, his private health plan and his doctors; a situation he would have denied the rest of us in his best of all possible worlds. 
 
Giving him the benefit of the doubt, it is just that we raise him to sainthood because he had the best of intentions, though the worst of all actions throughout his career.  Well, when you're a progressively self-serving and insolated Stalinist statist, your holiness is only more acutely heightened by what you say than what you do.  Satisfying that low threshold of intensions absolving him of actual responsibility and action; Old Teddy is now ready to be canonized by extending his own exulted life, but not ours.  This results from his efforts to protect his right of privacy for his own convenience as set forth by Roe.  It it's good enough for Chappaquiddick Ted, it's good enough for us.
 
I'm still facetious and only want him to be canonized by having his childish bombast stuffed in a cannon and shot to Hell to keep him company.

Lest We Forget Cap & Trade

We are gaining against ObamaCare, but don't forget Cap & Trade.  I was concerned our efforts might be fading around the Fourth of July Tea Parties because of the lack of coverage in the Media by their manipulation and ongoing propaganda efforts trying to minimize the People's efforts.  The American People are becoming the fly in their new, all pupose ointment.  I'm glad I was wrong in my momentary lack of faith.  What we have since the beginning of the Tea Party Movement is a true growing grass roots ground swell against tyranny.  But it's no time to be giddy, we have to increase our efforts because the enemy is relentless and out of touch with the new reality. 
 
Contrary to reports in the Media, Specter's townhall meetings were very restrained and respectful, it's just the attendees asked tough questions and Specter simply stood there and couldn't fully comprehend what was going on.  I watched rebroadcasts of two of the meetings which pointed out his clue less reading of the People's will.  I also realized his mind was going as he continued to insist on Global Warming.
 
Why should this be of concern?  We are only one casitng of votes in the Senate away from the Federal government taxing us for the weather and reducing us to lifetime paupery in the effort.  The only ones who stand between us and that new imposed economic disaster are our senators.  In Pennsylvania, that amounts to two of the Seven Dwarfs; namely (and lamely) Sens. Grumpy (Specter) and Goofy (Casey).  This does not bode well for our future.  As we spursue them on ObamaCare, we need to be just as persistent on Cap & Trade and the future taxing of our earnings for a fraud, coupled with a process where the Democrats in Congress don't even read their respective bills. 
 
Only relentless pressure will push them to stop these inpending laws.  Our efforts have to be a two prong attack.  At least I don't have to worry about my representative.  By the way, the composition of the two townhall meetings with Benedict Arlen was the same as the one I attended with Rep. Murphy (R. PA).  Most of the attendees were not radicals, not rent a mobs like ACORN and union thugs; it was attended primarily by the elderly.   When the liberal Democrats lose the Elderly, they will lose everything.

The Geriatric Genocide Act of 2009

Kick the bucket, Granny, and take Gramps with you.  You are the chaff in the Proletariat Paradise.  You will be scattered to the wind and your property confiscated after the Commissars have pulled the plug after a judgement against you by the Federal Government as adminstrators of your national health care.  Life will become the ultimate rationed component of socialized medicine.
 
You are family to us as well as our friends and neighbors.  But you are of no importance to the Commissars and need to be discarded.  So go peacefully, take a pain pill like Dr. Obama recommends or they will send ACORN and union thugs to make you go along with mob rule.  You are the minority to be secrificed to facitonal tendencies within the Left's flimsy majority.
 
Now you don't want to be a burden to socialized medicine of the great Obama Nation, do you?  Even though you suffered through the Great Depression and WWII, created the post World War United States and gave birth to the Baby Boomers, you are of no value now.  You saved money and acquired wealth to pass onto your children and your descendents.  For that you must be punished, because with the Left, it's always about the money and the power.  The individual does not matter and must be sacrificed for the communist good.  To each according to their need, from each according to their means.
 
You must be cut out, comrade, made an example of expense cutting in Medicare and your wealth will now become a part of a revenue stream to pay for all the edicts in this new law.  As soon as you are dead, all that money and property you have accumulated after taxes will be taxed again, at close to half their value in your individual estate in the form of the Death Tax.  You will be mined out; your money redistributed to the Federal government and the chief politcal contributors to the Federal Mob.  Now go ahead, die and don't complain. 
 
Starting in 2011, the Federal government will impose the same measures onto Baby Boomer; as the vanguard of that generation born in 1946 qualify for Medicare and become a burden to the government and the Commissars who run it.
 
The timing of this bill is not a coincidence.  The Baby Boomers, who have not saved as well as their parents, will break Medicare and Social Security by their numbers alone, even more than the Democrats in Congress have done through decades of mismanagement.  In the aggrigate, the Baby Boomoers' money and assets will be too tempting not to be confiscated on a pretext by the Federal government. 
 
In the case of Social Security, the systematic confiscation of excess funds have been channeled into general revenues and spent (wasted) in each year the funds were extorted.  The confiscation resulted from the removal of the fire wall separating Social Security from other taxes by the Democrat dominated Congress in the mid 60's. 
 
Now they will remove the fire wall between each Boomer's life and their individual death.  The Commissars and the Federal elected officials, as always, will omit themselves from this nationalization of their property. 
 
Post Script:  There seems to be a clause in the House Bill that also ommits the edicts in the law from judicial review.  How wonderful.

Defend the Constitution Or Shred It

I wish to disagree with OldRelayer.  If Obama lied about his birth, he willingly violated the Constitution (Article II, Section 1).  As a supposed Constitutional Scholar, fraud is a high crime or at least a misdemeanor and he needs to be impeached by the House then tried and convicted by the Senate (Aritcle II, Section 4) as far as removing him from office.  Then we can try him for perjury, because he lied under oath while taking the oath of office when he swore to defend and protect the same Constitution.  Are we to give him a pass?  For what reason?  The Law is the law, and it is all based on the Constitution. 
 
Is he not continuing to violate the law and the Constitution in everything he is doing as a fraudulent President?  Does he respect contract law, when he violated it repeatedly by taking over Chrysler and GM?  Would we have received a pass for such violations?  Then there was his vioation of bankruptcy law in the same crimes and further violations during the takeover of the banks.  (These are also impeachable offenses and prosecutions, if we have the determination).  To Hell with him.  We either support and enforce the Constitution, or we shred it, and along with any legitimacy to the Federal Government, which was created by it and without which it has no validity.

That is the fallacy of the Federal Government.  It's very reason for existance is the Constitution, and without it the government is as illegitimate as Obama is as President.  We have to impeach him and remove him from office eventually, or there is no reason for the Constitution.  We can not do it with this rubber stamp Congrees.  We have to win back both houses in 2010 with big enough majorities in order to attempt it.  But attempt it we must, if we have any hope of stopping such an ongoing crime.
 
After kicking him out of office, if he is unqualified for such a position, having the Gaffe Omatic then as President would actually be a lot of fun.  But we must remember this point, once an exception like this is established, we can't stop it from happening again.  Hitler took over Gernmany, even though he was not born there, and ruined the country and the rest of Europe with WWII through the manifestations of his dictatorial actions.  With Obama, either he's another Hitler, or the next one will be.

Murphy's Townhall Meeting, 7-25-09

Rep. Tim Murphy (R) had a townhall meeting, and over six hundred people showed up.  They were anticipating three to four hundred and kept attendees and their guests aware of a change in its location because of the growing interests of the people to participate in the running of our republic.  The attendees were overwhelmingly conservative, many elderly and concerned about the fiasco of socialized medicine.  The people were respectful, but insistent about their objections to this new tyranny. Rep. Murphy was informative about the implications of this new scam and, as a conservative member of Congress, was against the legislation.  There were only a few liberal idiots outside asking us to sign a statement to support Obama on the bill.  We told them no.
 
Inside the meeting, most of the questions were against the bill and other liberal agendas.  Some of those who spoke were for socialized medicine or placed the blame on the current system.  Only two of them stood out.  One looked and sounded like the son of Pony Tail Boy, the pea brain who stood up in the Richmond bebate during the '92 election and asked Clinton to be a like a father to the nation and see the American people as his children.  What a woos.  Pony Tail Boy Jr. delivered his talking points by making snide remarks about the evil drug and medical insurance companies while suggesting more competition be introduced into the system by allowing the Federal government to provide a public alternative.  Yes, there are people with addled enough minds out there who can't think for themselves.  Then there was a research doctor, with almost no clinical practice, who said America's health system was ranked thirty something in the world.  (The World Health Fund just voted America's health system number one in the world).  We didn't believe either of them. 
 
Few of us wanted any major change in in the systemt; with the exception of tort reform to reduce the need for high malpractise premiums doctors had to pay and forcing members of Congress to live with the same health care program they are fostering on us.  As it is, the members of Congress have a wide variety of private, not public insurance programs available to them, which will not be available to the rest of us once the private insurance companies are squeezed out of the system.  It makes you wonder how long Sen. Kennedy would have survived on such a public program with the Federal government in charge.  The old war horse would have been told to go to the glue factory during his first five year review. 
 
As far as the research doctor, he further said America ranks far below other countries in life expectancy because of our health system.  With the third largest a nation in the world, with of over 330 million people having a life expectancy of nearly 80 years for women and over 77 for men; America is doing a great job by any standards.   And those figures probably include the fifty thousand people a year who die in auto accidents in a country which accounts for half the cars in the world. 
 
With so many people jeering the doctor, I wasn't able to ask him what country has the longest life expectancy.  A few years ago, it was Andorra, with a life expectancy of 84 years for I believe both sexes.  I would have further asked him how the Andorrans achieved that feat.  Was it the clean mountain air?  The generous government run health program?  Hell no, Andorra's main industry and way of life is smuggling goods back and forth between its neighbors, France and Spain, through the mountains so the French and Spaniards could avoid paying high taxes used in both countries to support government health care scams.  In other words, free enterprise and individual choice are the best prognosis for long life expectancy. John Handcock and other Founding fathers did the same thing against the royal government of Great Britain, not by submitting to the power of the ruling class.  Well, Handcock always had a full bowl of spiked punch aboard his ship for additional intestinal fortitude.  Ah, the good ole days.  Today, his punch drunkeness would be considered a pre-existing condition.
 
Perhaps bucking the demands, rules and taxes of unresponsive governments are the best self-medication for prolonging one's life and liberty, instead of following the ill-conceived ideas of the yahoos in government.  
 
It's still our duty to keep hounding after our representatives and senators to do their duty.  I know I can trust Murphy, not Senators Specter or Casey, but I'll keep track of all three of them.
