Reaganism Lives While Communism Falters

So many of the arguments against Obama & Co. were said 45 years ago by Reagan in his speech for Goldwater's candidacy in 1964 that launched his political career.  They were beliefs he never varied from the rest of his life.  Rush has been broadcasting excerpts from that speech today and Hannity has been broadcasting other statements Reagan made in his subsequent speeches that are the best arguments against the present grab for power of the Left.  Some things never change, like the truth and the basis and soul of America.  Communism, or whatever leftist isms you want to consider also never change, they just keep changing their masks to cover up their true and unchanging nature.

The Left keeps saying Reaganism is dead, as they try to hide behind their mask of the day.  The truth never changes, nor do the laws of economics.  What has failed is Communism, Fascism, Socialism and Liberlaism.  To combat the constant change of appearance and tags, we must realize tyranny is also unchanging.  How do we fight all these isms?  Use Reagon's statements of truth as clips in political TV ads this next year, leading up to the 2010 Elections and use their salient points to contradict the predictable dribble of the Left.

In black and white or in color, they will have the same effect.  As the Left never rests in perptuating their lies, we need to be resolute in promoting our core beliefs.  We have the upper hand on radio as Talk Radio actually constitutes a series of ongoing townhall meetings across the country for citizens exercising their right of freedom of speech.  But many people in the muddle headed middle don't listen to radio, except to listen to music or sports.  Many are better reached through visual stimulation on TV.  Many have never heard these speches and some don't even know who Reagan is.  But most know about FDR and the New Deal with the endless broadcast of old black and white images from the Great Depression, the extension of which was the result of FDR's Liberlaism.  It's time for some enlightenment from Reagan and the Age of Enlightenment.

P.S. To get an idea what we are facing with the current administration, Read "Stalin The court of the Red Czar" by Simon Sebag Montefiore and see how Stalin was his own propagandist and the first editor of Pravda.  As Stalin became more paranoid and delusional as his Communist policies failed, he blamed enemies and traitors for his own shortcomings as he became more and more isolated from reality.  Obama is doing the same against Talk Radio, Fox News and us.

Sen. Graham is Right. It's all Mental.

Dr. Graham, an Economist, is right, the whiners wrong.  The recession is only in some people's whiny little heads, not in reality.  We have not had two successive quarters of economic decline; simply two quarters of whiners in the news media and the resonating chants of woe from their chorus among the Losers of America.  In the real Ameica, misery and a recession from life are all in the mind of the enfeebled.

My life is not perfect; I live in Pittsburgh, needless to say.  Here, I am surrounded by our own whiny politicians, union members, over educated liberal academics and college students.  We even had a demonstration featuring at least three medical students from the Pitt School of Medicine carrying signs saying, in effect, health care over profits.  They are medical students in school on someone else's dime, so they can be self-deluded.  Wait till they have to pay the loans back under Obam's restrictive national healthcare system; then they'll whine, demanding the government, the very source of their problems, to bail them out.  We are suffering from an epidemic of complaints and a suspension of personal effort, backed up by what the deluded read or hear in the news.

Unemployment is at 5.5%, a state of Nirvana in the later Clinton years, brought about by a Republican Congress after the Democrats lost both houses because of the massive tax increases during Bubba's first two years,  Then, life was bliss, the President a compassionate visionary overseeing a new, inspired golden age in its ascendancy; while the Republicans cut taxes, spending and Welfare without notice or praise.  Conservative Economics, like the truth, are so boring to those too lazy to dream for themselves.  At the same time, these economic principles bring to others dreams that they try, no mater how slowly, to bring into reality; while they tell the govenment to go to hell.  The fallacy to the first group's top down Socailism is their failure to realize the people in government are exactly like them, with cushy jobs on the taxpayers' dole, who have every icentive to do nothing.  The bureaucrats only motivate themselves enough to whine and hope for a change.  They want even more power and money under the new visionary, Osama Obama.

This is the chorus of malcontents all the news stories are geared toward.  It's simply to keep them complaining and making the rest of us uncomfotible because of their insistent idiocy.  Congratualtions to Dr. Phil Graham for analyzing them and showing them to be a nation of whiners.  They are, after all is said and done, a vocal minority fouling their immediate surroundings within a much larger nation of hard working Ameircans.  They are also an endless trove for satire and debunking.  They sure keep me busy, aggravating them to the point of derision and hearing them complain.  That is why I'm marked in Pittsburgh (Pgh for short) as a Conservative and a Republican.  As a Republican, I would like to recommend Dr. Phil (Graham, that is) to be put on the short list for VP.  The two candidates are too ignorant of Economics, too busy whinig to mind the store and neither will last long in office.  We don't need whiners, we need a sound backup to these two economic dolts.

Obama in a Cardigan-Carter II

I know the Left are usually trapped in a 60's style time warp, but while revving up for the general election, they're just as likely to be trapped in a 70's style Carter variation.  Obama has scolded us greedy Americans for keeping our homes too warm in winter.  What does he want us to do, keep them at the same chilly temperature as the Brits?  Sorry, Carter already tried it and wanted Americans to turn down their thermostats to British standards.  Now some liberals want to reinstate the 55MPH speed limit.  Sorry, Carter and a Democrat Congress already fooled us with that unnecessary reduction in the pace of personal transportation.  It took until just a few years ago to eliminate such a Federal edict.

What's next?  Is Barack Insane Obama going to appear in a cardigan sweater, while trying to make an example while hoping Americans have no memories?  America is not about limitations, it's about possibilities and optimism.  What do we need with a Demagogue in a gaudy sweater?  Obama and the other liberals still sound the same as they did during the Carter administration, the worst presidency in American history.  Why should we revisit the incompetense, misery, hyper inflation and the worst economy of the last sixty years?  Unlike old soldiers, liberals never die, they don't even fade away, they just drone on.

There is hope for Obama, in some of his speeches he sounds like Mario Comma's speech at the 1984 Democrat Convention and Mundane Mondale in the same 1984 election.  He has promised to raise our taxes, after all.  So the same old empty speeches for the newly designated empty suit can be updated, slightly.  Misery loves company, because the miserable can't think on their own and need to repeat platitudes from fellow malcontents to feel they are the majority.  It really doesn't take much thought, which Obama is in short supply of when away from a prepared speech.  To be effective, all Obama needs to do is drone on with simple, constant recitations.  The media will try to scrub our minds clean, to cover for him with their own empty recitations.  The best way to combate them all is to think where they don't think, remember what they have forgotten and to act.
