Megalomaniacs can't grade themselves. So here's the freaking, flipping fool's full grade so far.

3) Grasp of reality: F

5) Grasping the consequences of his constant fallibility: F
6) Defending America and the Constitution: F-
7) Giving Hillary the finger (so chic, so suave): A+
8) Giving KSM & Co. civil trials: F
9) Bi-Partisanship: F
10) Accepting responsibility for his Fascist behavior: F
11) Looking smarter than Al Franken: F
12) Acting smarter than Homer Simpson: F
13) Being more presidential than Bart Simpson: F
Throw out the top and bottom grades and the felonious four flusher has a QPA of 0.0, which qualifies him as a true "F"ing failure. We can only hope he will improve after Winter Break during this period of terrible, Man Made Global Warming. Or is that Man Made Disaster? Refer back to subject 3.
