As it was true at the beginning of America is true now. Tyranny never rests and neither shall we. We are still the stewards of our nation, not the clueless victims on the left in their self-imposed pens of groupisms demanding their "rights". A republic made up of citizens always has demanded the citizens exercise their responsibility to maintain and protect it, and by doing so protect themselves.
The only flaw in our great American Republic, is that it has worked so well we think it is self-perpetuating and we need not bother with maintaining it. Many assume that the best and the brightest will take care of it for us. We have many in elected positions who went to the best schools. But those schools (the Ivy League and other prominent "institutions") are now true institutions occupied for generations by the insane. If communism was offered to us as a product on an infomercial, it would be condemmed as a scam, a lie and/or a defective product. In colleges it is accepted and taught as a viable economic alternative to the evils of America and captialism. At the elite schools, it's held in great honor. In the world of academics, anything can be exulted, as long as it is never tested.
Obama, like communism, is a madness much praised but little tested, until now. As Americans, we will never allow the insane assumptions of the Left to prevail, like the Royalists assumption of the Devine Right of Mad King George to rule. We are a naturally rebelious and free people. We will not listen to the mad rantings of Czars appointed by the Mad King to rule our lives. See if this sounds familiar, from the Decalration of Independence about Mad King George "But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despositsm, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security."
This is followed a little later on by "The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States." And as one of the facts of this absolute Tyranny by Mad king George is sited the following "He has erected multitude of New Offices, swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance." The new Officers, the new Czars' positions have not been approved by the Senate, their authority not established anymore than the place of birth of the Dictator in Training.
The Honduran people spoke, and acted, after their president wrecked the Honduran economy, with inflation at 28 percent, because of his policies and after he wanted to hang around for a second, illegal term. Their Congress impeached him and the Military, acting under orders of their Supreme Court, pitched him out of the country because they weren't going to play his game. One down, one to go.
We, as citizens and stewards of America, will fight on; disregarding the flack from the Media and the threats of the Mad King. This is our country and the people are the soul of that nation. We are not groups, not illegal aliens, not overeducated dimwits from the Ivies, nor the endentured servants locked away in their own insolated government paid victimization.
We are the citizens of America, whether natural born or naturalized through the INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service). We who pay taxes and work to make our lives and our world better. We who give back simply be trying to help ourselves through enlightened self-interest and enterprise. We do not give up, we act.
We exercise our rights today, not just celebrate them. We hold the government responsible for their failures and we vote the culprits out, after calling and writing them to remind the baffoons who's really in charge. Don't be timid, the Constitution protects us, and before the Constitution, the original Americans protected their natural rights by their will, including the Decleration of Independence. We still have those natural rights. The Constitution merely protects them as we protect the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. If the Federal Government continues to violate the Constitution, we shall defend it, our natural rights and the Declaration of Independence as the Founding Fathers, the soldiers in the Continental Army and the Militia did at the start of America and continued to do under the Constitution. It is our right and our responsibility to ultimately do it through the ballot. The Honduran people defended their Constitution, so shall the American people defend America's Constitution and our republic.
